Q. What does unlocking a phone actually do?

Q. How long do the codes take to arrive? Is it instant?

Q. Once a device is unlocked, is it permanent?

A. Yes. Once a device is unlocked it will remain unlocked and free of carrier locks for the lifetime of the device. It will never wear off, and is completely unintrusive.

Q. How are the codes delivered?

A. Unlock codes are sent via e-mail once the full amount owing is paid. No codes will be released before full payment is made. Codes will be emailed out directly after payment is received.

Q. What happens if the code doesn’t work?

A. If this is found to be the case you will be given a full 100% refund.

Q. What do I need to provide to have my Samsung Galaxy S/Captivate unlocked?
